What we do
The actual view from every floor that matters
For high-rise and bespoke residential developments, the view from a specific window or balcony is often the most compelling thing you can show a buyer — and one of the hardest things to represent honestly in a pre-construction context.
Drone Image WA captures full-sphere 360° panoramas and equirectangular projections from heights referenced to the AHD-based floor levels in your architectural plans. These vivid, high-resolution images can be used to wrap your 3D renders, populate virtual tours, or stand alone as compelling visual marketing — showing exactly what a buyer will see from their apartment before the building exists. No stairs or ugly scaffolding on site, and we can even generate and host 360 virtual tours for your one or many projects.
We reference each project on-site before flight, using the Reduced Level (RL) from your architectural plans to position every capture accurately. The result is a panorama that genuinely represents the view from that floor — not an approximation.
Image quality
Not just accurate — genuinely beautiful

Seamless zenith & nadir
We capture approximately 98% of the full sphere in-flight, with minimal fill required. The result is a clean, seamless sky from zenith to horizon — ready for virtual tour platforms with no post-production surprises.
High-definition & vibrant
Images are captured with professional camera equipment and processed for accurate, vivid colour with sharp detail across the full sphere. These are presentation-quality panoramas — not survey outputs. They hold up in display suites, on-screen sales tools, printed brochures and web-based virtual tour platforms.
AHD-referenced floor heights
Camera height for each capture is referenced to the Reduced Level (RL) specified in your architectural plans. We measure and reference the site before we fly, ensuring every panorama corresponds to a real, named floor or viewpoint in your development — not an estimated altitude.
Delivered as high-resolution JPG files ready for virtual tour platforms, marketing assets, and 3D render workflows. TIFF format is also available on request for production pipelines that require uncompressed files.

The process
From plans to photorealistic views
01
Viewpoint schedule from your plans
We work from your architectural plans to define a viewpoint schedule — each capture position listed by its floor or level name and the corresponding AHD-referenced Reduced Level (RL). Typically one position per unique floor level, with any specific balcony or amenity viewpoints added from your brief.
02
Site referencing
Before we fly, we measure and reference the site — establishing the relationship between the real-world site datum and the RLs in your plans. This is the step that makes the panoramas genuinely position-accurate, and it’s what separates our approach from simply flying to a rough altitude.
03
CASA-licensed flight & capture
As a fully licensed CASA ReOC operator, we manage all flight authorisations and airspace approvals — including controlled airspace coordination for CBD and inner-suburban sites where possible. Each viewpoint is captured as a full-sphere multi-row sequence for seamless 360° stitching.
04
Processing & delivery
Panoramas are stitched, colour-processed, zenith-finished and nadir-patched to deliver a clean, seamless equirectangular 360° image at each viewpoint. Delivered as high-resolution JPG files alongside appropriately named referencing each location and level.
Who this is for
Developers, architects & property marketing teams
Property developers
Show buyers the genuine view from their floor before construction begins. Use as the background environment in your CGI renders, on display suite touchscreens, and in online virtual tours.
Architects & design teams
Validate view corridors, orientation decisions and outlook quality from specific RLs — informed by real sky and context, not a rendered approximation.
Sales & marketing teams
Compelling, accurate visual content for off-the-plan campaigns, project websites, brochures and display suites — showing prospective buyers something they can actually trust.
Development applications
Position-referenced panoramas as supporting visual documentation — demonstrating real context and views from proposed floor levels for development application submissions.
